Premalaya Ministries wholeheartedly does Women Empowerment Ministry in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The main focus of this ministry is to strengthen women spiritually and financially.

Premalaya Ministries conducts a Women's Prayer Fellowship every month on the first Friday, provides free handicraft and tailoring training along with tailoring machines for those who are financially weak to help them start their own units, and also supports elderly women and widows financially by supplying their needs. The Prayer Fellowship also provides counseling for housewives, house visits and praying, counseling about life after marriage, and healthy family fellowship.
